5 stars

Excellent service; the guy was super nice and took the time to really walk us through each step.

Thank you

2 stars

After our meeting, I received the photos—they’re very beautiful. HOWEVER, for 210$, I don’t even have access to my full-size photo—what they sent us is a photo with a resolution of 500×700, which isn’t even high enough for decent quality on a cell phone. When I ask for the full-size digital version, they charge me an additional 140$. I think it’s very expensive to pay 350$ for a photo shoot that only gives us one photo.

We had a deeply moving experience at Artiris. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and respect. The team was remarkably attentive to our request, which was very specific and emotionally charged.

We had four irises photographed: mine, my partner’s, our daughter’s, and our son’s. We then had a 22×60 print made featuring these four irises, as well as a fifth iris created by blending the four to represent our daughter, who left us far too soon.

The team handled our project with great sensitivity, respect, and empathy. We felt heard, understood, and supported every step of the way. This touched us deeply.

The result is magnificent and holds a very special meaning for our family.

I would recommend without hesitation that everyone treat themselves to this wonderful experience.

Sincere thanks to the entire team for your compassion and professionalism. 🫶

I’m delighted to have the opportunity to share my thoughts on our recent family experience at Artiris in Montreal. My husband, my children, and I were thoroughly enchanted by our time at this establishment. We can’t wait to receive our personalized photo frame as a memento of this memorable day.

As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by staff who were extremely pleasant, friendly, and attentive to our needs. Their professionalism and kindness went a long way toward making this experience even more special for us.

The quality of service provided by the Artiris team was outstanding. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident at every stage of the process—from the photo shoot to selecting the frame—ensuring that our keepsake would be perfectly showcased.

I would not hesitate to recommend Artiris to anyone looking for an exceptional experience and high-quality results. We were completely won over by this studio and can’t wait to see the final results of our photo shoot.
