HOWEVER, for 210$, I don’t even have access to my full-size photo—what they sent us is a photo with a resolution of 500x700, which isn’t even high enough for decent quality on a cell phone. When I ask for the full-size digital version, they charge me an additional 140$. In my opinion, it’s very expensive to pay 350$ for a photo session that only gives us a single photo.

We had a deeply moving experience at Artiris. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and respect. The team was remarkably attentive to our request, which was very specific and emotionally charged.We had four irises photographed: mine, my partner’s, our daughter’s, and our son’s. We then had a 22x60 print made featuring these four irises, as well as a fifth iris created by blending the four to represent our daughter, who left us far too soon.The team handled our project with tremendous sensitivity, respect, and empathy. We felt heard, understood, and supported every step of the way. This touched us deeply.The result is magnificent and holds a very special meaning for our family.I would recommend this wonderful experience to everyone without hesitation.Sincere thanks to the entire team for your kindness and professionalism. 🫶

Great service and atmosphere, water/tea/coffee on site. Parking right next door very easy to access, it's a very nice souvenir, but if you want to print on canvas yes it's a bit expensive but its worth 100% the trouble.

The service is good, and the staff is welcoming.
Prices are listed on the website, but not in the store. They really should have a sign with the rates to help people understand the costs and what they’ll have to pay, including any extras.
We’re not in France—here, money isn’t a taboo subject.
It’s definitely a nice experience for couples or families, but make sure you know what you want ahead of time.
Also, it’s a small place, so the staff there listen to what you say, but they also give the impression that they’re watching or eavesdropping.

We walked into the shop—great atmosphere, and Antoine gave us a really warm welcome. The little slippers were a nice bonus! The whole experience was enjoyable, even though that big black box taking the photo felt a little strange. We even got great advice on choosing the most “wow” iris to photograph. We were served hot tea while we waited for the photo editing, along with some silly little games to pass the time. And to top it all off, an adult pop-style playlist soothed our ears 🙂 I highly recommend it!

Great activity to do with friends, as a couple or on your own. The staff are very welcoming and make sure you feel at ease. The duration is 30 min, about 3 min to take the photos and the rest to arrange the photos as you wish. During this time you can go for a walk. I'll definitely be back with friends!

A truly amazing experience! Our eyes turned out to be way more unique than we thought. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and we were greeted with a choice of tea, coffee, or water. There are many effects to choose from to add to your pupils, as well as a wide variety of frames and sizes.You get to take home one 5-by-7 print each and can choose to purchase a larger version. It’s expensive but absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend it!

We really had a wonderful time! The staff is attentive to detail and we ordered a large frame. We were able to choose from different canvas sizes and materials. We ended up with a large epoxy canvas. This unique experience will be unforgettable.

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Artiris!! I had my two kids with me, and they were very restless. I’d booked this appointment for my partner’s birthday, but the daycare was closed that day. No one ever made me feel uncomfortable about having my kids there—the team was wonderful and efficient!! HOWEVER, for 210$, I don’t even have access to my full-size photo—what they sent us is a photo with a resolution of 500x700, which isn’t even high enough for decent quality on a cell phone. When I ask for the full-size digital version, they charge me an additional 140$. In my opinion, it’s very expensive to pay 350$ for a photo session that only gives us a single photo.

We then had a 22x60 print made featuring these four irises, as well as a fifth iris created by blending the four to represent our daughter, who left us far too soon.The team handled our project with tremendous sensitivity, respect, and empathy. We felt heard, understood, and supported every step of the way. The service is good, and the staff is welcoming.
Prices are listed on the website, but not in the store. They really should have a sign with the rates to help people understand the costs and what they’ll have to pay, including any extras.
We’re not in France—here, money isn’t a taboo subject.
It’s definitely a nice experience for couples or families, but make sure you know what you want ahead of time.
Also, it’s a small place, so the staff there listen to what you say, but they also give the impression that they’re watching or eavesdropping.

We walked into the shop—great atmosphere, and Antoine gave us a really warm welcome. The little slippers were a nice bonus! The whole experience was enjoyable, even though that big black box taking the photo felt a little strange. We even got great advice on choosing the most “wow” iris to photograph. We were served hot tea while we waited for the photo editing, along with some silly little games to pass the time. And to top it all off, an adult pop-style playlist soothed our ears 🙂 I highly recommend it!
