HOWEVER, for 210$, I don’t even have access to my full-size photo—what they sent us is a photo with a resolution of 500×700, which isn’t even high enough for decent quality on a cell phone. When I ask for the full-size digital version, they charge me an additional 140$. I think it’s very expensive to pay 350$ for a photo shoot that only gives us one photo.

We had a deeply moving experience at Artiris. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and respect. The team was remarkably attentive to our request, which was very specific and emotionally charged.We had four irises photographed: mine, my partner’s, our daughter’s, and our son’s. We then had a 22×60 print made featuring these four irises, as well as a fifth iris created by blending the four to represent our daughter, who left us far too soon.The team handled our project with great sensitivity, respect, and empathy. We felt heard, understood, and supported every step of the way. Great service and atmosphere, water/tea/coffee on site. Parking right next door very easy to access, it's a very nice souvenir, but if you want to print on canvas yes it's a bit expensive but its worth 100% the trouble.

Wow!
We walked into the shop—great atmosphere, and Antoine gave us a really warm welcome. The little slippers were a nice bonus! The whole experience was enjoyable, even though that big black box taking the photo felt a little strange. We even got great advice on choosing the most “wow” iris to photograph. We were served hot tea while we waited for the photo editing, along with some silly little games to pass the time. And to top it all off, an adult pop-style playlist soothed our ears 🙂 I highly recommend it!
