In accordance with Bill 25 modernizing the legislative provisions governing the protection of personal information in Quebec, we are committed to protecting the confidentiality of the information you entrust to us.

This is the address to which you can send any request concerning your personal data (access, rectification, deletion, withdrawal of consent, etc.).

2. Collected data

We collect only the information necessary to manage our services, including :

    • Email address

    • Postal address

    • IP address

    • High-definition photographic image of your iris in 2 dimensions

    • Printing and shipping preferences

This data is collected via our contact form, our order form, or when making an appointment.

3. Purpose of collection

Your personal information is used for :

• Process and deliver orders

• Contact you about your purchase or appointment

• Analyze the use of our website for improvement purposes

• To send you marketing communications, if you have given your consent

• Securely store your iris image for up to 2 years to facilitate future reprints or complementary products.

• You propose offers and news concerning Artiris services from time to time.

• Create and deliver your personalized photographic work, provide after-sales service and guarantee

• Produce promotional material (iris photo without name or face) for the website, social networks or posters

4. Sharing with third parties

Some data may be shared with third-party services strictly necessary for our operations:

• Square (make an appointment)

• Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Pinterest and Bing Ads (analysis and advertising)

These services have their own privacy policies. Square clearly notifies collection on its own platform.

5. Hosting and data retention

Website data is hosted in Canada at WHC Canada (7250 Clark St Bureau 301, Montréal, QC H2R 2Y3).
Data is kept as long as necessary for the above-mentioned purposes, unless explicitly requested to be deleted.

We store data for print tracking, home delivery on Google Drive, WordPress (website), Microsoft One Drive, Mailbox (Microsoft). 

We archive or destroy such data at our discretion at the end of the relationship unless the customer makes an explicit request for the destruction of their information or if a maximum or minimum retention period is required by law.

6. Consent

• On your first visit, a consent banner allows you to accept or refuse the use of cookies and tracking tools.

• Your consent is required for all non-essential data collection (marketing, statistics).

• You may withdraw your consent or request the deletion of your data by writing to us at allo@artiris.com.

7. Your rights

You have the right :

• Access to your personal data

• Request a correction or deletion

• Withdraw your consent at any time

We undertake to deal with any request within a reasonable time, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
